New Employee Development for Talent Retention

Each overseas new employee is assigned a “Buddy” who assists newcomer not only to quickly adapt to the new environment but also to integrate into the department. The Buddy Program serves as a “customer service center” for new employees, guiding them to deal with any problem. Meanwhile, new employees can feel a lot of care and support from the group and colleagues. We believe that internal knowledge and corporate culture are effectively conveyed and preserved.
